Thank you for choosing UNITED STAKING, a platform for secure and easy cryptocurrency staking. These Terms & Conditions apply to our website, unitedstaking.com, and all services offered on our platform.  

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please do not proceed with registration or use of our services.  

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.  

1. USER ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

To use UNITED STAKING services, you must:  

 Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.  

 Provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated at all times.  

 Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  

Users are solely responsible for their accounts, including maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Any unauthorized activity must be reported to us immediately. UNITED STAKING is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence. 

2. STAKING SERVICES & RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT 

UNITED STAKING enables users to stake cryptocurrencies and earn rewards based on network participation.  

Risks Associated with Staking:  

 Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile, which may impact the value of staking rewards.  

 Slashing & Penalties: Certain blockchain networks impose penalties (e.g., slashing) for validator misconduct, which may affect staked funds.  

 Regulatory Uncertainty: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may impact staking activities.  

By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks. UNITED STAKING is not liable for market fluctuations, blockchain penalties, or external regulatory actions. 

3. FEES & REWARD DISTRIBUTION

UNITED STAKING may charge service fees, which will be disclosed prior to initiating any staking transactions. Additionally, blockchainspecific transaction fees may apply.  

Staking rewards are distributed based on the following factors:  

 Network protocols and staking duration.  

 Validator performance and overall staking conditions.  

While we strive to distribute rewards in a timely manner, UNITED STAKING does not guarantee fixed returns, as staking outcomes depend on network factors beyond our control.  

4. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

To maintain the security and stability of the platform, users must not:  

 Engage in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or illegal transactions.  

 Attempt to alter or manipulate staking operations.  

 Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to exploit platform services.  

 Violate AntiMoney Laundering (AML) or Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.  

UNITED STAKING reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities without prior notice.

5. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting user privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to:  

 The collection and processing of your personal data.  

 The use of your data for security, compliance, and service optimization purposes.  

While we implement robust security measures, users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.

6. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY & SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service interruptions may occur due to:  

 Blockchain network issues or validator downtime.  

 Security updates or scheduled maintenance.  

 External events beyond our control, such as regulatory actions or cyber threats.  

UNITED STAKING is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions but will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality as soon as possible.

7. LIABILITY LIMITATION & DISCLAIMER

While we adhere to industry best practices, UNITED STAKING does not:  

 Guarantee future staking profits or specific reward rates.  

 Provide protection against all external cyber risks or hacking incidents.  

 Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks in every jurisdiction.  

Users are solely responsible for their staking activities and acknowledge that UNITED STAKING is not liable for network failures, security breaches, or thirdparty actions.

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:  

 Users breach these Terms or applicable laws.  

 Suspicious activity related to fraud or illegal transactions is detected.  

 Regulatory changes prevent us from operating in a specific jurisdiction.  

Users may request account closure by emailing [email protected]. However, any pending staking activities will be subject to standard withdrawal timeframes.

9.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PLATFORM USAGE

All content on UNITED STAKING, including trademarks, branding, and platform technology, is the exclusive property of UNITED STAKING. Users must not:  

 Copy, modify, or distribute platform content without prior written consent.  

 Reverse engineer or attempt to hack platform features.  

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.

10.GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
